Backloop Setup Instructions -Best Decompression Product on the Market
www.mybackloop.com. Non-Surgical Treatment Spinal Decompression, portable and affordable.
The BACKLOOP is a truly portable spinal decompression device that is particularly effective at targeting disc protrusions and disc herniations. The Backloop allows you to prevent spinal degeneration from starting, because it induces motion into the spine and its discs. Using the Backloop as directed decompresses the spine because of the pumping action of the discs, (similar to a traditional decompression traction table) as shown on the youtube video youtube/CF4U3OOi77o .......An inversion table which simply stretches the spinal muscles, ligaments and discs, without the pumping action, is not performing decompression. If it did they would have live action video fluoroscopy demo on video! Spinal decompression helps everyone by improving flexibility and posture. The Backloop is only 4 lbs. and installs in 1 minute, and treatments only take a few minutes a day.

    What if your high hip (upslip side) is your short leg?...and your left side (which has a forward rotation of the pelvis) is your long leg? How do I self-correct that pattern?

    I suffered at least 15 yrs with this, didn't know it was called "High Hip" until I searched and searched UA-cam. I finally found this video and it changed my life too! I honestly couldn't believe it, I am eternally grateful to Dr. Chuck Tillotson D.C.! A number of summers ago, I was visiting my sister, an R.N. I was telling her about my "high hip" and that I found a video on UA-cam that helped me put it back in! She said she suffers from it too, and she is on her feet all day. I showed her the video, helped her with the maneuver, and it corrected her hip too, immediately! She later told me that she has since shown many of her fellow Nurses and it has helped them too! Thank you So Much Dr. Tillotson!

I have tripped and fallen several times so I use a cane to avoid the fall. I have "severe" arthritis in my right knee as well. Doctor Chuck, can you please answer a few questions about the pelvic blocks you use in this video? Are the dimensions of the high-block and the low-block different or are they both the same shape and just positioned differently under the hips? Where can we purchase those blocks? I've been sleeping flat on my back each night (with a pillow under the knees) because I was told that the quadratus lumborum becomes tight when you sleep on your sides. But even on my back, I wake up each day with my right QL feeling tight and painful as if it's become tightened throughout the night. I'm wondering if sleeping with the pelvic blocks might help prevent the tightening. Thank you very much.

    • @mybackloop
      @mybackloop Рік тому

      Go with the high hip, stretch both hip flexors, a must is to incorporate bridges to develop extensor tone to inhibit excess flexor tone which is always present in scoliosis. (This is an absolute MUST) YOU can't do enough bridges and strengthen the pelvic floor. Whoever you have seen for the scoliosis up to this point should have prescribed bridges along time ago.

      Start doing pelvic stability exercises for pelvic floor. Take adrenal nutrition (core level adrenal from Nutri West) if you have clammy hands, dizzy standing up or bending over, don't hold adjustments, have hormone issues etc. (adrenal supplementation is a must). Start bridges - 6 bridges for 60 seconds 2 X per day to build extensor tone. Most of our activities force our bodies into flexion......looking at phones and computer all day. This is key especially if you don't want to look old down the road. GOOD LUCK.....bridges, bridges, bridges!
